Effective Curriculum Design to meet new State Standards:
Use and analyze data to determine instructional effectiveness and develop action plans for instruction.
Facilitating a deep understanding of what quality teaching and learning “looks like” in the classroom.
Serve as a resource to plan and deliver quality instruction for students (i.e.; professional develop training, common planning structures, coaching structures and systems for feedback).
Curriculum and pacing guide development
Create a tiered support plan for ALL stakeholders

Problem-Solving and Action Planning for School Improvement:
Needs Assessment and Root Cause Analysis
Collaborate with schools and districts to develop, modify and implement the school improvement plan.
Facilitate strategic goal setting including specific progress monitoring elements.
Facilitate problem-solving processes to inform continuous improvement.
Facilitate Leadership Growth through Collaboration:
Build collegial relationships that encourage self-reflection and professional growth.
Collaborate with the leadership team to determine a clear and strategic vision for school success.
Develop leadership teams to become site-based Instructional Leaders
Building Organizational Culture and Efficiency:
Promote collaboration among each stakeholder group at the school-site.
Creating and implementing school-wide expectations for interactions among all school members.
Developing, analyzing and planning around teacher and student survey results.
Planning for family and student engagement activity and communication.
